WISE Conference

There are two steps to registering for the W.I.S.E. Women Conference:

Step 1: to fill out the Registration form

•  online fillable form,
• or print and mail,
• or print and Fax in to 613-507-6499

* Must be over age 18 to attend as a Conference Participant.

Click on the tab on the left titled Registration Form to print (for hard copy) OR the online fillable form.

** Please only choose one method of Registration (print or online fillable).

** Please also note: when choosing the online fillable form, you will be taken to a separate page, but first, a pop up box may appear stating an error (something about unknown attendees). That is alright! Just click on the OK button and the Online Fillable form will open up. You can then either email it directly or print a copy.

Step 2: to make a payment

good value at $55 per Participant,

students  $45--students over age 18, must provide valid student ID with registration, and show ID at door day of the event)

(Payment Options are available via:

•  email money transfer to maccs@kingston.net
• PayPal for credit card, et al
• cheque or money order or cash

Please inquire about discounts for volunteers, and limited bursary spots are available.
