September 17-18, 2026 | 8:30am – 5:30pm | Houston, TX

This is a true experience built for women who are serious about growth…
where real business challenges get worked through,
blind spots get named,
and you leave with strategies you can actually use.

The most valuable thing you can do for your business isn’t another course or event. It’s getting in a room with sharp, experienced businesswomen and actually working through what’s in front of you.
It’s where systems get built, leadership gets stronger, and the problems you’ve been circling finally get solved.
AT A WISE WOMEN CONFERENCE, YOU WON’T…
INSTEAD, YOU’LL DIG INTO…
Throughout the day, you’ll rotate through small-group mastermind tables with other women business owners… each one a working session, not just a networking exercise.
Every woman comes with something real: a hiring decision, a revenue problem, a growth stage she’s trying to navigate.
You put it on the table, and the group goes to work.
You’ll walk away with:
This is peer-level strategy at its best. And it’s the part attendees talk about long after the conference ends.

SWAG for the open swag table… everyone gets to promote her business! Think: small business samples, flyers, stickers, or items that represent your brand

One of the most energizing and powerful parts of this conference? The peer-to-peer MASTERMINDS.
A mastermind is a structured small-group session where every woman comes with something real she’s working through in her business — a decision, a challenge, a strategy she’s trying to pressure-test.
Unlike a panel or presentation, there’s no speaker and no audience. Everyone is at the table. You share what you’re navigating, the group engages, and you get honest, experienced perspective from women who are building businesses too.
At WISE WOMEN, you’ll rotate through multiple mastermind tables throughout the two days — which means you’ll work through more than one challenge, and get exposure to a wide range of businesses, industries, and thinking styles.
You’ll leave with more clarity than you came in with — and a sharper sense of what to do next.
We will have an open “swag table” for anyone who would like to participate.
Bring items to share with everyone and put them on the table. It can be small packaged items with your logo, coupons, etc.
You will get more information in your confirmation email after purchasing a ticket.
For the VIP Dinner you will want to be dressed nice. This is an elevated experience… and your time to dress up!!
Dress code: Business Dressy.
For the conference: Dress comfortably and confidently… like the business owner you are. Think: elevated casual or business casual. You’ll be connecting, collaborating, and making new friends.
Dress code: Business casual
There’s a difference between trying to grow on your own and being in a room where women challenge you, expand your thinking,
and help you move forward faster.
Your peers are solving problems in this room
that would take you months to work through alone.
The question isn’t whether you can figure it out on your own…
it’s how long it will take.
